"Oh hear my prayers, Lord Revon, God of Death and Disaster. Bring your wrath down on who I seek justice on!"

Lord Revon's alter remained at peace despite the follower's ritual and offering they had left. The empty throne of the Titan King remained empty. The follower let out a sign of annoyance and crossed their arms over their chest. Despite all their efforts of pleading to the Titan God, there calls were not answered. It's usually expected. But with the summoning ritual they had performed, he should have come out. He should be sitting right in the empty throne like how it was supposed to be intended. Why wouldn't it work?

Just then, while they were deep in thought, the doors slammed shut. The gust of wind from the doors blew out all the candle lights in a graceful action. The follower screamed a bit. But after a moment of darkness and silence, a few of the lights lit up. Being light enough to show a bit around the temple, but yet dim enough to barely see anywhere further than twenty feet or so.

However, even with how dark it still was, the follower looked up at the throne before him. It was no longer empty. There sat a handsome man dressed in a black robe that seemed to blend into the shadows. His silver hair seemed to shine in the candle lights, but his red eyes seemed to be brighter. Despite his handsome appearance, he gave off a grim aura to him as a smirk adorned his face.

"L-Lord Revon!" The follower approached the god and bowed down on the floor, making sure they weren't higher than the god. That would be disrespectful, especially in front of the very man that could kill you with a simple glare. "You heard my pleas!"

"I heard them quite well, mortal. However, I did not think it was time for me to intrude on your prayers and your life. Yet you, an insolent mortal, dared to use a summoning spell to place me forcefully before you-?"

"I-I am sorry, my lord." Revon could sense fear in this follower by the way the shook. They sat up a bit and reached over, taking the offering that they had set out before. "But I offer you this."

Revon's eyes narrowed as he observed what offering was brought to him. They were nothing more than a variety of fruits and vegetables. A common offering. The god advanced forward and looked at the basket yet again. He simply reached down towards the basket, taking his long black nails and piercing the apple in it. As soon as he did so, all of the fruits and vegetables began to rot and wilt away. The follower, flinched a bit and dropped the basket in fear as Revon advanced closer to them. They began to back away as Revon pointed his slender finger at him.

"Is this what you expect to give me after dragging me from my resting?" The rotten apple from the basket began to float up next to the God. He glanced at it, but glared back at the follower. The apple flew forward and hit them right in the face. The God continued again in again until a melody of rotten produce was splattered on them. Noticing how frightened the follower looked, Revon turned back around and went back to his throne, sitting casually upon it. Resting his elbow on the arm and resting his head delicately on his boney fingers.

"What is it that you wished for me to do again, mortal?"

"I-I wish for you to unleash your wrath upon somebody. To bring them to justice for what they did!"

"As does everyone..." Revon sighed, "What makes you appear any different from the many mortals that ask for my assistance in eliminating their foes?" He took notice in how stumped the follower was. Of course, the God frowned upon this. "You give me something that will never suffice in taking the life of another, yet you very much expect me to do so for a pitiful human as yourself. Just with such actions and greedy needs you expect me to do, you have proven yourself unworthy-"

"P-Please hear me out more, my lord! I need this person dead. They threaten my very family, my career, my-"

"One death can have the effects of thousands. You are referring to a mortal man who is simply trying to make a point that you do not seem fit to work for him. You are a very fine man, simply wanting revenge from being fired as a priest, are you not? I, myself, find you to be a worthless excuse for one. You do not even know the fundamentals of even speaking with respect towards a God. Not just any mere godly figure: the King of the Titan Gods!"

"I-I-" The follower looked around nervously, not knowing what to do next. He bowed down onto the ground again. "I beg you! Please! Kill him! Make my life better by doing so! I want Addler Finch dead!"

Revon's eyes narrowed into a sharp glare and his smirk turned into a disdainful frown. He stood up from his spot just as the follower looked up. An unwise move, for Revon raised his hand out. The temple walls seemed to shake with fury, causing some of the candles to fall onto the ground and burn out. The room became dark again. The sound of the follower's cowardly whimpering filled the dark temple. However, that whimpering was silenced as soon as an extra sound was added: the sound of grim cackling.

Suddenly, the ground beneath the follower began to shake violently. Keeping them on the ground due to their disoriented manner. But when they finally got up from being thrown off, the lights went back on and there stood Revon. They flinched and moved away from the God.

"Please! Have mercy!"

Revon raised his eyebrow, just as a devilish smile crossed his face. "I am not the God of Mercy, am I?"

"E-Exactly! So go ahead and kill the man I want you to kill! That's what you're supposed to do. That's what you're meant to-"

The follower was cut short when a hand gripped onto his throat, lifting him off the ground harshly. Revon glared violently at this pathetic excuse for a person.

"You, you ignominious being, expect me to grant you such a wish? You rudely pulled my away from my spiritual resting, gave me such a worthless offering in exchange for such an expensive wish, make accusations towards a man who I myself have high respects for, and most disgraceful of all, insulted a God! I am not simply meant for granting the selfish desires of worthless beings like you." Revon tightened his grip around the follower's neck, causing them to wheeze and gasp for air as they tried to struggle free. "You are a dishonorable excuse for any sort of priest! Addler Finch did wise in taking away your name as a priest of the Gods.

"Please...!"

"I know what will make your life better for sure. To end all of troubles you have and make your life turn out far more marvelous than it is now."

Revon's smile grew wider until it turned into a frightening grin. He watched as the follower's face began to grow red, veins crawling up their face and their eyes bulging out as they screamed in pain. Soon, their skin began to rot and wear down. Eventually, their screaming subsided and their body was nothing more than a rotten corpse. Revon chuckled a bit and loosened his grip on the corpse's neck. It suddenly turning into nothing more than dust and disappeared into the air. He picked up the robes of the now vanished priest and chuckled a bit, throwing it into a pile of items sitting in the corner. Baskets of fruit, weapons, toys, and many more things were there. Now with a priest robe in that pile. The pile of things that were left behind from the people that mysteriously vanished after praying to the God of Death.

The God turned back and sat back upon his throne. The lights going out and the doors opening back up again. When the lights came back on, the Titan god no longer sat in his chair. He was nowhere to be seen.

"Hello?"

"Anyone in here?" The sound of two voices echoed into the temple. However, the figure of one person stood in the doorway of the temple, waiting for an answer of some sort. However, there was no sign of anyone else there.

"Odd... I thought I heard screaming in here."

"Must have been fun. Wish I could have seen what happened to them."

"Same here, but I'm here on important business."

"Fine, whatever. Do you want to pray or not? There's no one in there so go!"

"Thought there was. But oh well..."

From the large doorway, a young woman entered into the temple cautiously. Her blue, nearly white, hair seemed to glow in the lights of the candles as she came forward. Her attire seemed unusual from a resident. Dressed in black she was and had tattoos on her face, showing a very stylish and unique design on them. She seemed anxious, but retained her composure with a deep breath of air.

"Ready?"

"Yeah... Let's hope they'll listen this time..." She approached the altar of the god, bowing before it and praying aloud. "Oh Lord Revon..."

"Great God of Death and Disaster..."

"Please hear my prayers..."
A short writing for ya~ Talks a bit more about what it's like praying to Revon. Shows a bit of his powers, personality, and the such. He's got a pretty pride aura to him, hates being insulted, and likes finer things. He despises rude people, so be sure to watch your manners around him. It also links a bit of Addler to this story since Addler is a priest. He often visits the temples and prays on a weekly basis since he's pretty much the head priest of the states.

It also links a bit of a story involving Saraya. I'll link it later when it comes out~ ^^ Sh, it's a secret~

Interesting writing. Revon is a very prideful. I'm wondering what Saraya is going to pray for.
